AIIMS, Dr. Arvind Khushwaha files affidavit before Bombay High Court.
[Vaccine PIL] Vaccine causes adverse events including death therefore no one can be forced to get vaccines. The vaccines are unable to prevent infection and does not stop transmission. Dr. Arvind Khushwaha has been made Respondent No. 11 in the PIL (ST.) 6218 of 2022 filed by Social Activist Feroze Mithiborwala. Bench of Bombay High Court headed by Chief Justice Shri. Dipankar Datta vide its order dated 14th March, 2022 had given directions to all respondents to file reply affidavit till Friday i.e. 18th March, 2022 . The Government Pleader informed Adv. Abhishek Mishra, the Counsel for petitioner that State’s reply is ready and can be filed in the registry after getting approval from the state authority.
